Even the Pros Need Help
February 19, 2010Written by PerfectBowling.comAs you practice and compete, you may experience periods of highs and lows. How you perceive those situations is key. Many times the difference from being average and great is what’s above your neck. You are far more likely to be successful with a positive attitude.
If you are stuck in a rut and can’t seem to go further, take a private lesson or have someone video tape or critique your game. Take some time to examine exactly where your problems stem from and make every effort to make the appropriate changes. Being able to adapt is crucial to bowling and life in general.
If you genuinely want to improve; there is no shame in asking for help. Remember to keep a positive attitude and don’t fill your mind with self doubt and negativity because you are seeking advice. It’s all a part of the growing process and in the long run your scores will show the results.
