The type of split where the pins are close enough together for the ball to pass between the pins and still hit both of them.
flat ball
Bowling the ball in such a way that there are few revolutions and little action on the ball.

A foul is marked when the foot goes beyond the foul line.

The line that seperate the lane from the approach.

Bowling a strike in the ninth frame.
